Great Customer Service. They came out within hours of calling them after a big storm. Very professional. They explained everything they needed to do and did it very carefully and thoroughly. I was recently faced with a flooding issue, and having met Michelle at Get Dry I contacted her to find out what I could do. Rather than sell me on a myriad of products and services she gave me some sound advice as to what I could do to mitigate my issue.
