I moved back to South Florida from New York last year and was in desperate need of electrolysis services (seriously, the hair was going to drive me insane). I came across Pricella while researching local providers on Google and was very impressed with her reviews even though she was not the closest option for me. I'm happy to say I made the right decision and that she is (and was for me) well worth the drive and I could not recommend her more. Her office is always immaculate, she is extremely personable and easy to talk to, and she truly took the time to understand my skin (which is very sensitive) and adjust everything to ensure I had the best possible experience. I have been going to her religiously since August (every 2-3 weeks over the past 8 months) and there has been a drastic reduction in hair and I'm so very happy with the results. At the end of every session, she does a little skincare based on your skin needs (for me, to reduce redness) which is an amazing touch and nice to have a "cool down" session after 30 minutes of electrolysis. I'm extremely sad to say I am moving out of state and will now have to embark on finding anyone even remotely close to Pricella (I'm pretty sure it's not possible), but I will absolutely come back to her when I'm in town for touch ups!

Not only did she take the time to do a thorough evaluation of the current state of my hair, she asked me many questions about my hair history and challenges. There was no judgement, and she offered advice that worked with my lifestyle.
She then gave me a FANTASTIC cut. She took her time, but not unnecessarily slow. She continued to involve me in the decision making throughout, and altered her approach based on my feedback. It was very clear that this was about what I wanted, not what is easiest or quickest for her.
After she was finished we mapped out a plan moving forward. She sent me home with some ideas to keep me on the right track. I even got a follow up phone call a few days later from Frances (her wonderful assistant) to make sure I was happy and didn't have any follow-up questions/needs.

I’ve been to various salons in the area along with some in New York City and outside the country and by far, Taps has been the best and I mean THE best person to go to out of all the previous places I’ve been to. I’ve have beeb able to do so many different designs with every holiday season. Sometimes, I’ll tell him what I would want with some photo reference and he is able to blow my mind every single time. He takes pride in his work and it truly shows. You won’t regret booking an appointment with him. He’s charismatic, kind, and takes extra care of you. The were very accommodating and fast, did a great job initially but i got regular polish and they washed off within the week. my children also got their nails done and their polish was off their hands within 24 hours My toes were regular polish and they have stayed perfect. I usually get gel nails so this may have been the course for regular polish

I came in to give my opinion about my experience in this wonderful place and I see an offensive comment about my long-time hairdresser, where they call her a thief, which I think is a great lack of respect and slander, first I meet Yanet loves her work, she is super professional and loving, and well, although I know this is something where everyone has the right to give their opinion, we must be careful when we express a comment of that nature... actually my comment was to say thank you. to Yanet and her team for always making me feel good and welcomed, apart from raising my self-esteem by getting hair extensions that change my life because I have very fine and sparse hair, everything has been wonderful, I take care of my natural hair, He gives me a fair price and in general everything has been very nice and professional. I feel lucky to put my hair on someone who loves what he does.

I’ve been coming here since they opened for my hair. I can’t speak highly enough of Laura and her talent with hair! This past week, I had a facial with Erika and it was fabulous! I’d never had one before and she walked me through the whole thing, explaining everything as she went. The products she used smelled and felt amazing. She was super gentle and sweet. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to try other services with her!
