I was inquiring as to which one she recommended, considering it had been several years. I just assumed I would be purchasing the highest tier/priced facial. But based on Lily's knowledge and recommendations, I got the 2nd to highest tier. It was so relaxing and I feel like a new woman. “The owner told me the reason they are Number Two, is because the customer is number one! And after the treatment I received at the last salon I went to, who refused to service me after taking off the set I already had on, because they assumed that my nails had a fungal infection. They called every person over to talk about my nails, making me feel so humiliated and uncomfortable that I left in tears and immediately made a doctors appointment. I was told that I am severely allergic to the chemicals of gel products and that my nails have been damaged over time because of that. There was no sign of fungal activity. I was hesitant When I arrived to my appointment today. I was immediately told that they would be happy to take care of my nails. I almost cried. I have been wearing press ons for months and feeling so embarrassed when one would pop off at the worst time. My entire experience was so amazing and I can’t wait for my lash appointments this Thursday! The salon is the cleanest it possibly could be, the decor is so chic and comfortable, and the staff is one of a kind. “First time at Spa by JW went for couples massage and foot scrub. I have to say that the staff are very professional and kind and the massages were nice but 50 minutes including foot scrub which was literally just put on and taken off, is not worth it. The ambiance of the spa is super bright and seems more like a pool day vibe which is not what I am looking for when it comes to a spa. During the massage we could hear car alarms going off which was also not giving that relaxing feel. The locker rooms were clean and had alot of little personal items available and the steam room was very nice. Not sure if I would come back again as it's just such a bright and not a "dark relaxing ambiance" I look for with a spa. But everyone was very kind.“
