Well folks you don’t have to look any further for an honest Air Conditioner repair shop than Ken Hope A/C. The prior reviews tell it all. These good people are honest professionals that are precise and old-school knowledgable. I had 2 other well known Air Conditioner repair conglomerates come out and check the issue with my unit and was told and quoted 2 different issues and 2 different prices that were thousand of dollars apart was the cause of my system breaking down. I just wanted to start off by saying I'm tough on some of the companies that I reviewed in the past, but when you're good or great I'm going to let people know. This last Tuesday August 16th I had the privilege of having a great local company come and install my new HVAC 3.5 ton 15 seer. The crew arrived on time at 9a and was off property by 345p with my new AC running like a champ. It does however start with the owner/management I spoke to Mr. Hope multiple time and shook his hand and made a deal in person. This is a high quality, knowledgeable and personable company. Ken Hope is an amazing honest company. They do not try to tell you find about your hvac just to put money in their pockets like so many other companies. I am beyond happy with the service and treatment from them. They will be our forever company to use. My sister now also uses them and raves about them too. The service guy was timely and courteous. We called after the ac was acting up. They were able to come out within 24 hours and this was during the summer so I know they had to have been busy with the high heat we have been getting. Highly recommend!
