Don from Ken Hope AC just completed my maintenance. Excellent work! I watched from my house as he pulled up and sanitized his hands and put on his mask before knocking at my door. He found my ac on the “on” position instead of auto which somehow got changed In my house. That will save me electric. He did the complete list they provide and he changed my filter which I do regularly because of having 3 cats. He answered the couple of questions I had including how to change the batteries in my thermostat! I love this company and have been using them for the three years I’ve been in my house. No issues! Works great cooling and heating. I trust them because they are dependable and honest and have a great crew working for them. There were no sales attempts when I asked if I needed to change my thermostat which is working properly! I recommend this company wholeheartedly!!! Great job! 100 stars!
