Lauren is the best yoga instruction I have ever encountered, but really she teaches and conveys more than just yoga. She is very in tune with her spirituality, health, and grounded. I not only felt like I was challenged, but I also felt a sense of peace and like I was given freedom to reflect and be at peace. Even her studio and the entire vibe of the sessions are felt calming. The nice aura rang true even while I felt like I got a great physical workout and loosened up a lot. Her in person assistance with stretching was professional and helpful. My experience with Lauren was great - she interviewed me so she knew my personal needs and goals- she helped me with each pose and made sure I did them correctly to maximize the positive results- having Lauren as my teacher will improve my overall health and well being - being 69yo I look forward to many more comfortable -moving years - thank you
I have had a really great experience with Lauren. You cannot go wrong by booking her. Just do it! She customizes each class and pose to your needs and I can absolutely tell the difference in my body and mind after each progressive session. I do virtual classes within the comfort of my home and I'm loving it! The timing and environment are perfect and I can control the room temp and feel at ease without any distractions.
