Great experience. First timer. Lachelle (sp?) took care of me. When my hair wasn't dying the expected, she changed course in order for me to leave happy, without me having to question. I didn't have to wait. They were cleaning during downtime. Fair pricing. Paid what I was quoted on the phone. Would recommend and I would return.
