Top notch massage therapy! I run a martial arts school, sore muscles and achey joints comes with the job, I am happy to have someone who is passionate about his career and knowledgeable about what a athlete needs to keep performing! Massage therapy for athletes can be hit or miss, Cayman was very receptive to what I needed (I prefer a deeper tissue approach, lots of deep muscle knots), he worked on all my problem areas and I left feeling refreshed and ready to get back to the grind. I got the Wildflower Facial as a little treat for my wedding, and it was exactly what I needed! It felt really personalized and not like a standard facial at all.
