I like deep tissue massage with moderate to heavy pressure. I've tried many different Gainesville massage therapists over the last 10 years and a few stand out as exceptional massages that at the end you say, "Wow! Amazing! Signing me up for another now!... and how often can I afford to come back." I recommend trying just one appointment with Chemon at Life Force (352) 745-7554 and see what you've been missing in a massage. His technique is exceptional! Life Force Health and Wellness has changed my life tremendously, in all aspects--mentally, physically and emotionally. I walked in there two years ago, not expecting major results but I was sorely wrong, acupuncture with Dianne has improved the quality of my health, my relationship with myself and others.
