Much more personable experience than usual for an eye exam. Staff was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Jose R Arnao, D.O. provided a thorough exam and answered my questions in detail. Relaxed, friendly environment instead of the usual cut and dry experience of most eye exams. Kudos to Super Optical Express and the staff for a job well done!

Had an emergency with my daughter and they were able to schedule us in and assisted us with the issue within 24-48 hrs. All other optometrist had no available appointments for 4-6 months. They made the time to assist us and get us over to specialist that was needed.
