Step317 Photography

Photographer was nice and helpful but when it came time to get our photos there was no way for us to download the digital copy without paying for the photos all over again. Tried several times over two weeks, to reach anyone to help get the issue fixed with no success. Called, no answer direct to voicemail with no return phone call, emailed no reply, even stopped by in person, no one at the office. I would not recommend Step317 or use them again.

We had our first experience with Step 317 Photography this weekend, and it was wonderful! Shante was amazingly talented and professional. She was patient and silly with my children and caught some of the best photos we’ve had done.I highly recommend the services of Step 317 Photography!

We have used Step317 for our family photos for years, connecting with Shante each time we'd visit family in Gainesville. We've done special sessions with ducklings + lemonaid stands, as well as standard family sessions, both around Gainesville + in St. Augustine as well (Shante has met us at the beach a couple times). She does really well with kids who are shy and/or have the wiggles. We lost lots of our photos in Hurricane Harvey. Shante was very helpful in going back through old photos with me (some from 6 years ago) and helping me replace what was lost. We look forward to connecting with Shante again next time we're in Gainesville.
