James is always communicating with me on what is going on and what he is doing/needs to do with my system. I appreciate is advance call when he is on his way to my house as the automated system is generally wrong on the timeframe given for his service.
What you can do better is make it easier to get a call-back set when something isn't quite right after the initial call.

I could not have asked for a better Sears technician than Chris. Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He came to the rural area of Fort White to provide this service and we are so glad he did as he explained options to us. Great company rep and someone you should feel glad to have on your team.

Excellent experience with Sears Repair service technician. Our guy was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listened to our issue with our fridge and talked through what likely happened. Now that its working, we are happy clients! We will call them for help if ever we need service again. Thanks Sears Service. -M & D
