James is always communicating with me on what is going on and what he is doing/needs to do with my system. I appreciate is advance call when he is on his way to my house as the automated system is generally wrong on the timeframe given for his service.
What you can do better is make it easier to get a call-back set when something isn't quite right after the initial call.

Excellent experience with Sears Repair service technician. Our guy was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listened to our issue with our fridge and talked through what likely happened.
