    Excellent experience with Sears Repair service technician. Our guy was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listened to our issue with our fridge and talked through what likely happened. Now that its working, we are happy clients! We will call them for help if ever we need service again. Thanks Sears Service. -M & D

    This is the final effort to get my dryer to work. Michael is great but it isn't his fault. Sears just won't honor my service agreement. I just dried a load. It is still taking two hours to dry a load of clothes. The control panel did nothing nor did any of the other parts that were ordered.

    Update: I cannot fault the technician. The dryer is 18 years old. No one has been able to fix it. I’ve been fighting for months to get a replacement. Service contracts are a joke. I don’t mind constant replacement parts if they work, but nothing has worked. Sears has to honor the contract and replace the dryer.

    Showed up early, called. Courteous, efficient, looked sharp, was respectful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue quickly, offered solutions. Outstanding tech. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
