We needed our shower fixed and Mitchell came out and didn't mess around. He got to the source of the problem and advised us that we needed a part but it could take up to a month to get it. No problem. The previous goof, a "handyman" thought changing the shower head would solve the problem. I'm not a plumber and even I knew that would not work. He may have been "handy" with something but plumbing was not it. Anyhoo Michell returns a little over two weeks later with the magical part and fixes the problem in two minutes. He was friendly, explained what needed to be done, and didn't make a mess in the house. In short he was awesome! The... read full review
