This was our first time using Roto-Rooter in Gainesville. We used their online booking system yesterday and got a call back today, on Labor Day, and scheduled a plumber to come out today! Jonathan arrived promptly and identified our problem. We have roots in our old clay waste line. Jonathan scoped with a camera, then snaked all the way to the street, and scoped again to show us the views of our pipe and pointed out everything going on. Thank you Jonathan for all your work and assisting us to determine our next steps. We will use Roto-Rooter again and we will ask for Jonathan.
David was great. Very informative and patient with my mother. She was so upset about her toilet issue and David was able to assist and take care of it in a timely matter and was very knowledgeable. Thank you David for helping my mom out with your expertise.
My entire plumbing system was completely backed up in NW Gainesville. Jonathan took care of it. He had to remove my toilet to clear the clog. He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. He even cleaned up completely before he left, and my bathroom was cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.
