I’m so impressed with quality plumbing. Michael came today to replace my outdoor hose bib. I had been quoted the hourly rate plus whatever charge for the needed parts. Michael immediately notified me. It wasn’t a problem with the bib. It was my lack of strength and being able to tighten it properly. Internally, I was upset that it was gonna cost me so much money just to find out I’m weak, but Michael only charged me for a 15 minute rate. He could’ve been dishonest and made a lot more money, but he saved me more than $100 and hooked up my new hose so that it would be on properly. Thank you, Michael and thank you quality plumbing.
I highly recommend Quality Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and the people are a dream to work with. They replaced a 25 year old water tank (very reasonable price) and fixed an outside spigot.
