I have ivory berber carpets that needed cleaning - and when my 70lb dog got sick one night that was the tipping point for me to find a professional. I called Precision and I am so happy that I did. I got an appointment in just a few days, Reuben showed up right on time, looked at everything and made my carpets look like new in spite of some nasty pet stains.I am thrilled with my entire experience and I will call Precision for my routine cleaning needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their carpets.

Reuben was AMAZING! Extremely professional. Quickly replied back to all questions. His service was beyond excellent. Moving my daughter was very stressful and when we saw the carpet in the new apartment we just were not sure if the pet smell and stains would be removable. Prices were great. No extra up charges. He eve. Went above and beyond and helped with minor repair to the dining table. Great price! Great service! Very please6. Will use again.
