They inspected our home years ago and failed to catch any of the problems. They are recommended by realtors because they’re there to sell houses for realtors, not to protect the home buyer.

Will use Pillar to Post again, no doubt about it.Update: we actually contracted on 4 additional properties and made it to inspection on three of them; we used Pillar to Post for all three of them. Had a great experience each time and highly suggest you use them!

Karl was extremely helpful and thorough in the inspection for my new home. I was shown everything that needed to have an eye kept out for, things that needed repair, and recommendations based on the location and history. Would highly recommend!
