O’Steen does unpermitted work without consideration of neighboring wetlands. I’m sure their contractor says it’s the homeowners responsibility to get permits, but checking it on the county website only takes a minute. If they put this little care into following the rules of the community, I’m sure their work is poor.

Had Osteen Bros build a large berm on my property. Tim Queen did a quick and great job on it and it ended up being a little bit cheaper than anticipated. Would use them again for sure.Service: Excavation & grading

Just purchased 18 yds of fill for a reasonable price. Spoke with Sarah on the phone, she completed the transaction and scheduling quickly and easily - very pleasant to talk with. Jim the driver was accommodating, easy to work with, and a skilled driver - he put the load exactly where I requested. He made it look easy.Based on these interactions, I recommend this company without reservations. I purchased and received a full load of a product I ordered on the date and time I requested. I enjoyed interacting with pleasant efficient office staff, and a friendly capable professional driver.
