Update: Saw the reply from the owner. Thank you. I did not mistake your business as the number you mentioned matches the one on your signature. I can personally attest that some emails were not responded to within 24 hours. I believe you already identified who I was, because shortly after this review (and likely bc of this review), our account manager responded to the email I sent a week prior.We're in a difficult position with out business. It's not horrible but we do need help. They've been very kind and seem interested in helping (and we're ready to sign up for their services), but they just forget to reply to messages. Stephanie is the easiest to work with. Very responsive and a very positive attitude. She has business forward thinking and is always looking out for our best interests. She is highly tech savvy and provides ways for us to stay ahead of the curve on business back office issues.
