I inherited it from my deceased father-law and I have no idea what he did to cause the button to be stuck. Keenan took it in back, cleaned around the button and somehow got it working again! Best of all, he didn’t charge me anything! Thank you, Keenan! I will definitely go back to The Gadget Guys next time I have an issue with a phone or tablet.“
