Updated to 4 stars- after trouble with receiving maintenance the next day a gentleman from the management team reached out to make things right. He listened
intently to my concerns and put my mind at ease about receiving future service. I could see this becoming a five star review after another interaction with this company based on the care that the management team had for making things right with me. I feel that it is important to be transparent about what did happen with my initial experience below but want to reiterate that my perception of the company is much more positive after being contacted by Logan in management.

The technician was very polite seemed like he was very knowledgeable, he showed me what he thought was the problem and That it should be corrected as soon as possible. The cost to correct the problem would cost me $349. I told him I didn’t have the funds at this time but I will get back to them. In the meantime, I contacted my warranty company and had somebody come out and check the problem. The cost for the warranty company to come out was $85. That technician told me that there wasn’t a problem.
