“Sitting with my wife now for over an hour and a half. Staff is not attentive to the people waiting to be seen. Two others have been taken back that got here after we did. Staff is very condescending, three inches from their nose, and just don't care. Lots of training is needed at the Jonesville branch. but always remember the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I am sure the Staff gets their poor attitude from upper management. Use caution while here, or complete avoid if possible.“

Everyone from the receptionist to the Medical Assistant I saw was absolutely incredible—so friendly and warm, great bedside manner, super informed and informative, absolutely no assumptions made or judgment for anything. I have very bad anxiety around clinical settings, and I was nonetheless immediately at ease in their lobby and very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. They also have tons of freebies and resources everywhere you look. These are amazing people doing amazing work.“
