“When I tell you NATALIE is a BEAST at what she does. From day one she answered all of my 1734 questions. I mean I had concerns and she addressed all of them. She made sure I was comfortable even after hours, I would call with another 1734 questions. Again, she would answer and LISTEN, then go on to tell me what was happening and what I needed to do. Overall when it was time to get my massage I was hurting (swollen) so bad that I did not even want to go. Natalie assured that once I got my massage that I would feel so much better. Believe me.....I FELT EXTREMELY BETTER. I was relaxed and comfortable. That was the first go around. I had my second go round and I already KNEW who I was going to choose to get to do my massages. Steven and Jack were incredibly kind and caring people; they made sure we were relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They also did an amazing job at targeting areas that we brought up before the massage.

My husband and I especially enjoyed how private everything was and that we were able to sit alone, soak our feet, drink wine, and eat chocolates before the session.

This experience was so much better than going to a large chain; no loud waiting rooms with tons of people, no upselling, and no rushing to get the appointment over with.

“I started seeing Kali for facial acupuncture and microneedling in November 2025. I wanted to look refreshed: radiant, plump, healthy skin. I am not interested in Botox or other invasive treatments and I’m in my mid 30’s. They made sure that I was comfortable as this was my very first time getting a full body massage and a facial. they made the environment so comfortable. The beds were heated to my liking which made my body feel relaxed even more. The whole entire building was very very clean. I loved the cleanliness of every single room they put me in.
