This morning we left with the expectation of seeing a new floor for the old little house that we just bought. We have waited many years for this moment and excitement. We went to many places but we couldn't find anything. We arrived at LLFlooring in Gainsville not knowing that our Guardian Angel was waiting for us there. Wow! Michelle Padilla listened to us carefully, treated us with great kindness and empathy and thanks to her we managed to buy the new floor of my dreams. So warm and kind and super helpful.He answered all our questions.Not only that, he found an engineered flooring close to what we wanted, but we were not sure, but after taking a box home and placing on floor, we loved it.
