A company that still practices customer service! An overall great job by Steve, the repair crew and the pleasant office staff.
We had a small leak around the solar tube that was repaired once by another company and started leaking again. They were to send their roofers but never sent, called or replied . Kayco came out, completed the estimate and repairs within a 3 week time frame. Still waiting on the Solar Guys to return my call! Thank you to Kayco for also cleaning up and being respectful to the landscaping around my home.

Our home was in need of a new roof, and after getting several estimates we chose Kayco . From the start, Steve Stanley made the process easy and his follow up was impeccable. He answered ever question, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident in our choice. Now that the roof is complete, we know 100% we made the right decision.

Our aging roof sustained hail damage on April 11, 2025 in Gainesville, Fl. A neighbor had recently used Kayco to replace his damaged roof; he raved about the company. We called Kayco, had several conversations with their representative Steve Stanley, and were as impressed as our neighbor had been with both the company and with Steve. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, well-spoken, and experienced. Kayco is highly rated with the Better Business Bureau and with Owens-Corning (a major shingle supplier) and seemed from the outset to be a principled company we could trust.
