5year old roof damaged by hailstorm earlier this year.Asked for them to come out and inspect.Second time I’ve used them.Steve Stanley came out and inspected gave me his opinion which was replace the room due to impact damages across the entire roof.So I called the insurance company we have to come out inspect .They said it was a repair job not a roof replacement.I then called a public adjuster to come out and inspect he also said the entire roof needs to be replaced.Insurance company was fighting it so they had a independent adjuster come out to inspect .He recommended full roof replacement moral to the story is let the experts decide and guide you to the right decision...read full review
Nobody wants to think about the hassle of having to replace a roof, but Steve made it a simple process! He is very knowledgeable about their product and explained everything about the materials they use as well as their warranties. Very please to have it all done within 3 weeks of the initial call to their office! Now I don't have to worry about it for another 20 years! Thanks Steve!

We had a small leak around the solar tube that was repaired once by another company and started leaking again. They were to send their roofers but never sent, called or replied . Kayco came out, completed the estimate and repairs within a 3 week time frame. Still waiting on the Solar Guys to return my call! Thank you to Kayco for also cleaning up and being respectful to the landscaping around my home.
