They complexly replaced my roof after a tree had fallen on my home. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about insurance company procedures. They made an estimate that was acceptable to the insurance company right from the start. The manager checked in with us often throughout the scheduling of the job-and was able to start the job a day earlier than scheduled. He checked in after the delivery of equipment, and throughout the day and a half when the workers replaced the roof. The workers were professional, friendly and careful as they removed the old roof and put on the new one. They tarped all around the house, protecting the flowerbeds and landscaping. They moved furniture to safer locations, and remembered to keep the gate to the backyard closed, preventing pet escape. They worked hard all day through the record heat and got the job completely done in a day and a half and you couldn't tell there had been a major construction project done-except for the awesome new roof. We can't say enough good things about this company, we highly recommend them.
I was new in the area and wanted to get two quotes, on a new roof, first company emailed quote never contacted me again, J & S Roofing emailed me the quote followed up with a phone call and a text. I decided to go with the J & S Roofing due to their first impression of excellent customer service. I am so happy that I did, they were absolutely perfect and were in contact with me throughout the whole process. Jason's (one of the owners) personality is amazing, I felt like we had known each other for years. Let me not forget the woman behind all the paperwork and legal stuff Jen, she will also keep in contact with you and advise you of all the goings on,....(she may be the brains of the operation LOL) .... I highly recommend them, they did what they said, were timely and my roof is gorgeous.
