She was great at cutting little by little at the kids pace and for my partner and I to be able to enjoy the process without the anxiety of too much being taken off. My treatment options were explained to me and the staff did as much as they could to keep me comfortable during the process. As I checked out, the person at the desk answered any questions that I had and gave me a discount on a treatment that I would not have known about if she had not said anything. People were extremely nice and professional. There was a spa like music and extremely large TV with tranquil nature scenes. A very nice experience plus my nails looked great.
