I rushed into the office with my cat whose face was swollen. I was petrified. But all the staff were consoling me and telling me the circumstances were not dire. The Dr Mccoulagh came in and was confident and made me feel so much better. My cat is in the best of hands.
Love this place & the vets here. Great service & very knowledgeable. I feel like my kitty cat Booboo is in good hands there. They have extended hours & emergency services which is a great benefit for those of us that work.
This is the only place I will take my fur baby (medium sized GSD). The staff is friendly and genuinely care about the animals. They give clear pricing and explanations of the expected plan of care for complex issues. They have an online platform and messaging system for ease of scheduling and seeing updates. They have weekend hours for busy/long shift days. They can do house visits. It is honestly the best blend of practical, evidence based medical care and convenience. The only downside is it is slightly more expensive ( but still reasonable!) than some of the other veterinary practices I have used.
