My experience was simple!The customer service provided by the managerial staff is amazing ? they are there to take care of their customers with concern and outmost respect! I’m so grateful to Richard who helped me when I needed it! If you are looking to use their services or their products look for Koko in one of the kiosks he is a very sweet guy who knows exactly what you need and will go out of his way to help you!I do recommend that you ask to be advised on their policies and procedures so that you can respect them accordingly!

I went to Gainesville Spa Center by Voupre for cryotherapy and Hili and Mai are absolutely wonderful. For trying something new, I’m always a little nervous but Hili and Mai had an amazing energy, were so kind and made every step of the way a fun and comfortable experience for me. I highly recommended Gainesville Spa Center!
