I came in to fix my laptop not turning on. I have had previous terrible experience with Geek Squad, and was hoping to try a smaller business. I am never going back to a Best Buy now. Martin was respectful, passionate about his work, and fixed my laptop in two days, whereas Geek Squad would've taken two+ weeks (and have 4x the cost). Not only that, but he told me about the issue and how he fixed it in heavy detail, also typed in the receipt. Amazing experience, and absolutely will seek his service again when needed!

I brought in a laptop with an inflating battery and a weird "hard drive not found" error. He replaced the battery and reformatted the hard drive, and it worked fine. The next day I had the same error crop back up, so he replaced the hard drive for no extra charge. Absolutely stand-up guy, I'll recommend him for any computer repair for anyone!
