The doctor and staff at the check in were very nice and explained everything very throughly and in ways that were easy to understand. I am very happy with my visit experience and will come again!
Dr. Erik is always very friendly, kind and thorough. Even though he is definitely very busy, he clearly takes great notes and it seems to help him be able to maintain great "bedside" manner. Even the ladies who help with the check-in process are really nice and so are the Optical staff.Regarding Target Optical frame options and the warranty on the lenses, I always recommend this optometric office to anyone who is looking.The *only* reason I am not rating 5 stars was because of the wait time at my appointment this week. I wasn't seen until over an hour after my appointment time, so I ended up spending roughly 2 hours there after everything was said and done. I know some...read full review
Dr. Eric and Amanda was absolutely AMAZING!!! Amanda helped me so kindly from the time I entered the optical. She greeted me with a warm welcome and big smile. My eye exam was very thorough and swift. I would recommend Dr. Eric to anyone in need of an eye doctor. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, kind, patient and honestly the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Thanks for the over the top service!
