It was okay. The physical therapists were nice & did a great job with me, & I thank them for that. But I’ll never forget the introduction “interview”. It was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. (& I’m not talking about the ginger. I like ginger.) While I was waiting for the manager, or whoever is in charge, I pulled a ginger chew out of my purse & ate it. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, “that’s a great way to start an interview.” First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I’m paying “you”, not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. That rude first impression made me not want to be there. & I ended up calling & making up some excuse to not have to finish out the last week or two. & to top it off, when I offered her a ginger chew, she made a look like she was disgusted, & said, “I HATE ginger.” Rude. A kind “no thank you” would have been more appropriate. But I’ll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent & the PTs were kind. I just couldn’t stand the manager, or whoever “interviewed” me, & thank God I don’t have to work for her, bc she’s not so nice.

I only gave it 4 stars because nobody believes the 5 star reviews.Unfortunately/fortunately, my problems weren't severe enough for surgery. And it was/is the Covid times. So... PT was the only option for treatment. As luck would have it, Angela Witt was assigned to me. Maybe not so much for Angela. I am in constant pain, which makes me crabby,Since getting it fixed was not an option, Angela concentrated on function, strength, and safety.Excercises for muscle weakness, for balance. Gait training: 1st with rollator, then cane. The most helpful was teaching me how to get up off the floor when I fell! That one thing was the key to everything else. That's what got me back in...read full review
