I have lived with chronic pain for years. I've tried massage, chiropractics, and physical therapy with only short term relief. A friend recommended I try Pilates from Evolve Pilates and it's changing my life! Kim takes each week to fully explain how each customized movement works the muscles that give my spine, hips, knees, and neck the support they need. She is amazing and so is Evolve Pilates!
I have worked with Kelli Sanders since her studio opened. She has taught me how to stay focused on my core and in touch with my body. Kelli and her staff continue to impress me with their knowledge of pilates and other forms of exercise. I will continue to recommend Evolve based on my great experiences!
I have been going to Evolve almost as long as they have been open. Although out of my way I rather drive the distance from Alachua than go to another studio. They are awesome on knowing your past injuries and being careful doing a class to caution if it hurts stop. I love the upbeat personalities of the instructors and their continued support to let me slide in a class when I can.
