Epic's representative, Reed Tillis, came to the house on two separate occasions and did everything we asked him to do in a prompt and professional manner. He's both skilled and personable, and we could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
Best technicians in town!!!!! Don’t waste money on Geek Squad. I had six Best Buy agents try to help me with a simple computer problem and they couldn’t for weeks. Tillion, the technician at Epic IT came by and solved it within minutes!Also, other tech repair companies here in Gainesville gave me a headache with coordination and communication but this was the only one where the entire process was so smooth and not stressful at alll! I can’t thank them enough.Highly highly recommend.
