Emergency Physicians Medical Center is a walk-in emergency clinic open every day of the week, providing urgent care at a lower cost than an emergency room visit. The medical center offers emergency medical care for most patients, except the most critically ill. Board-certified emergency medicine physicians are available to treat patients of all ages for various concerns, including chest pain, fever, stomach and intestinal issues, and more. The facility has great diagnostic resources for a small, area medical center. Many patients have praised the friendly and professional staff, as well as the thorough testing and diagnosis. The staff is very nice and helpful, ensuring quick and prompt care with rarely long waits. Patients have appreciated the modern and personable environment, which makes it a good alternative to the ER, especially when waiting can be stressful. While some have experienced mixed interactions with doctors, many find the staff attentive and the facility well-equipped for urgent health issues.
We went this am to EPMC, after waiting all weekend with a concern for my husband's eye. He was quite anxious, however the staff was so nice during intake. Then, we met with Dr. Callingham. What an awesome person, let along Physician. He had a great sense of humor, which put my honey at ease, which I very much appreciated. They had the equipment necessary to get us a diagnosis and I wanted to share that it's a great alternative to the ER. Much more personable and super nice, modern facility too!
Years ago friends suggested this medical center to me and I've never written a review . . . I've been to the one off Tower Road and the one on NW 39th Ave. Both are absolutely amazing. They are all pros and super friendly and helpful. Most recently, I was at the one off Tower Road and the visit was fast and efficient friendly. Thank You to all of you there!
I was so pleased with the care I received at Emergency Physicians. The entire staff was professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Dickerson even asked me to check back in with him a few days after my visit to let him know how I was feeling. I would recommend them to anyone who has a medical emergency.
