Dr. Cruz recently saw me immediately (on a walk-in basis) for a minor dental problem, since I am a regular patient. He resolved my concerns quickly, confirmed the diagnosis and conservative treatment plan with a subsequent visit, and I am most grateful, As an older patient, somewhat dentally "sensitive, " I do need extra TLC in the dental chair. I strongly endorse and recommend his practice.
I've been a patient at this practice for 20 years, and I've always received great dental care. Dr. Cruz-Davis is excellent. He has a sharp eye, is efficient and exacting in his work, and is friendly and pleasant. My current dental hygienist, Betsy, is fantastic; I hope she's here for years. The office staff are friendly too. They have kept me smiling for decades.
Dr. Cruz-Davis is a special person in that he always makes one feel as if they are the only one in the office. He has retained his staff over the years which I think is a plus. Always a pleasure to work with the staff.
