Matt.. My technician today went above and beyond. I'm truly blessed to be a customer of cooks ac. They even called me to remind me of my 6 months maintenance checkup which the local company in Newberry I've been a customer for over 15 years NEVER did. Cooks ac is superb. Aaron.. Another technician of cook's saved me 100s of dollars when he figured out what was wrong with my unit last year. I actually cried when he told me it wasn't going to be as expensive as I had previously been told. These guys are honest. You would be a fool not to be a customer of cook's ac. I just can't say enough about the integrity of this incredible company.
honestly this was a very good experience. the tech was very knowledgeable, courteous , went over everything he found and made sure i understood what he did and why Great company, I highly recommend them!
