My AC unit was uncontrollably leaking and my apartment maintenance was not answering for several days so I called Cooks. They answered the phone right away and sent a technician after hours to see what was going on. The technician was super understanding and gave us some info for future problems as well. Great experience overall!
The technician arrived on time, and was able to quickly resolve the issue with my clogged AC air handler drain line. He also cleaned out the leaf debris inside the exterior compressor. Great service as always.
Cooks has given us nothing but good service from when we had to have a unit replaced after storm damage last year up thru Robbie helping us today to correct an issue with furnace exhaust cap. Highly recommend 10/10!
