Zack and Manny did an outstanding job installing our new AC.They were very kind to my service dog Freedom.This is sadly my 4 ac in just under 21 years .They did a very professional job even replacing the old AC pad, etc. My neighbors Ac happened to breakdown last night . A separate crew came out, evaluated her AC and got it up and running, which was very important for her because she works at the hospital and is a single mom. My service dog and I are now in a cool house which is a true blessing. I am very appreciative of the work that they did on my home and recommend them to anyone who needs a new ac . I am a veteran and first responder.
I had a great experience with Charles Berg HVAC. The technician, Pedro, was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant.
Their office staff got the appointment scheduled and we’re very good with follow up. Sending me email notifications and text messages to let me know the technician was on his way.
I highly recommend Charles Berg HVAC and would call them again should the need arise.
When a 30 year old AC/Heat unit bit the dust, these people were fantastic. Every single person I spoke with, from office/reception to Kevin, the estimator, to the installation crew, every single person went out of their way to be helpful and proactive. I appreciated the no pressure estimate, and in the midst of 100 degree heat flush in Central Florida, they were truly a blessing for me. The new unit is just perfect, works without an problem, and I can now relax and enjoy being cool and comfortable once again.
