Mr Browning helped service my unit with cleaning and maintenance and did a very thorough job. Nothing but great work, but better yet customer service when I brought them many questions about my AC unit.
We had Bart as our technician today. You can tell that he takes pride in his work! He focused on details with the diagnostic while also doing the job efficiently. Also worth noting was his great attitude and customer service skills. He took time to teach us good AC maintenance practices to avoid major issues in the long run. Definitely a person of integrity in the workplace, which is not always easy to find. Would highly recommend Browning Heating & Air, but would especially want to work with Bart in the future!
Bart was our technician and he did a phenomenal job! Apparently the previous owners who did a home remodel and AC install missed a few steps which caused a horrible ongoing condensation leak. He asked "Do you want me to make sure it doesn't leak again?" We said "Yes", and now there's no more leak and our unit is draining the way it should. He told us to keep an eye on it for the next week and he'd come back out if there were any issues whatsoever. Very professional, top notch service!
