Just had Bounds install a new whole house Carrier heat pump. Finally gave up natural gas and went all electric. Kudos to Erik and entire office staff for making the purchase, scheduling and installation simple. Very informative and helpful. Technicians arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Rebuilt the existing plenum air returns for the new system, and worked closely with electricians for new wiring and panel. Erik answered all my questions in real time by email. Technician came back after system installed to check on electrician's work and make sure system operating properly. Totally outstanding. After a not so good experience and not so good review Robert contacted me to discuss issues and was very professional after talking I look forward to working with Bonds in the near future He really made me feel like it was important for Bonds to provide excellent services

Ramon Calvo was very respectful of our home, he removed his shoes upon entry to our home. Ramon was very friendly and polite, even gave head scratches to our fur baby! He was knowledgeable and direct about what needed to be repaired. I’m requesting he returns to complete the repair once the blower motor is available, as it had to be ordered. I’ll provide an update once the job is completed.
