Danny came out as our AC unit was dying in the Florida summer. He evaluated the situation and gave us a competitive quote. We chose Bertie because the price was the lowest among the three we obtained for similar units and their installation could be scheduled soonest, just a few days that included a weekend. The team went above and beyond. We had some issues related to previous work that they corrected without additional cost. Danny birddogged the process and ensured satisfaction. Highly recommend.
Very kind, efficient, and quick . Highly recommend. Justin is knowledgeable, friendly -and Don in the office helped me out so much too. They will try to work with you financially ( within reason ) as well. I will never call a big commission based company again . These guys are who to call . Very honest folks. AAA+++ !!!
Had new air conditioning system installed by Bertie yesterday. Have used Bertie for years. They are the best. Reasonable prices, professional service, excellent work. Workers are great: efficient and respectful. If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it to them.
2024 once again Bertie to the rescue. Had air conditioner go out, probably due to surge. Bertie came the same day I called them. Anthony did wonderful work and got it fixed. Bertie guys always professional and knowledgeable. My 10 star rating stands.
