“As a transgender man who had never been to a barber before, it's safe to say I was insanely nervous heading into Posh. However, I was completely comfortable and at ease within a few minutes. I had very few ideas on what I wanted to do with my hair but I was guided through the entire process and ended up with a fire cut for a reasonable price. If you're trans/queer and need to get your hair cleaned up I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait for my next cut!“

“I have been cutting my hair at so sharp for over 7 years now. They do walk ins and appointments and have a great atmosphere. All the barbers are excellent at what they do, they have a diverse staff and are also bilingual. All walk ins can get a ticket and stroll thru all the other stores while they wait for their turn in the chair , because so sharp is conveniently situated next to stores like Burlington , second and charles , gamestop and Hibbett store.“

Well I found my place to go & highly suggest going here if you want a great cut & be treated great.

“When I relocated from Atlanta to Gainesville, I was concerned I wouldn’t find a reliable/skilled stylist that met my high standards (I am the son of a beautician, and I have very definite ideas about what I want). Working on the UF campus, the Reitz Union shop was convenient, so I gave it a shot. After my first experience with Jay, he has been my go-to! He’s been cutting hair since before I was a student here (mid-80s), and he knows exactly how to give me what I want (which is often something different). You would pay much more (with a lot more attitude) to get the same results anywhere else. This guy is an institution, and is a patient/friendly to his customers. For those who disparaged Jay on these reviews, I can only suggest that you’re likely an emotional hemophiliac who has deeper issues than supposedly receiving subpar service.“

She even indulged me when I showed her some AI generated images to work from. The result was fantastic! She was quick, yet exceptionally careful and exact with those scissors.
