I had a wonderful experience. I am a dental hygienist and have terrible shoulder and neck pain. Alan really listened to what was bothering me and recommended trigger point therapy for this session. I had never done it before but wow it works! He is extremely knowledgable and know every muscle he works. I have been in pain for months until now I finally have relief! It is an answered prayer! If you're in pain I would definitely go see him! Thanks Alan!

I called Thursday after my original massage appointment moved and did not tell me. Alan called me back a few minutes later and scheduled me the next day. Off to a good start. I had a groupon. Even better start! He spoke with me a few minutes about my specific concerns (rotator cuff issues exacerbated by typing), my previous treatment--and WHAT WORKS FOR ME!-- and my experience with massage. He listened, planned our time, and suggested some strategies that could help. So far, responsive and helpful. I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment the same week on Saturday. Upon arrival I found Alan to be very nice and also informative through out my massage. He made sure the pressure was Comfortable for me and I have never felt better after a massage. I actually got tips from Alan that helped me with stretching at home to relieve much of the tension held in my shoulders. I will certainly be making future appointments to work out the kinks in my shoulders and neck!
