Beware of this man, Ulysess.. Took nearly 3 years to rebuild our duplex, had to finish ourselves, even though he collected ALL THE FUNDS.We now cannot afford an attorney to fight him for any of our money back.He nearly destroyed our good family and left us destitute.Shotty workmanship, no call backs, didn't complete the job.Absolute nightmare. We are reporting him across the board, he should not be licensed.
