Sitting with my wife now for over an hour and a half. Staff is not attentive to the people waiting to be seen. Two others have been taken back that got here after we did. Staff is very condescending, three inches from their nose, and just don't care. Lots of training is needed at the Jonesville branch. but always remember the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I am sure the Staff gets their poor attitude from upper management. Use caution while here, or complete avoid if possible.
