Brought my 2021 Buick Encore GX in for a warranty covered purge pump replacement and was pleased with how smooth the process went. Also got an oil change. Was in and out within a few hours and since then, I've noticed my vehicle is driving smoother and seems to be more responsive. Also noticed my gas mileage has gotten better, too with the new pump. Will continue to bring my vehicle in for service in the future.
The job was covered under warranty. Had to bring the car into have the problem diagnosed. After parts were in I brought the car back and the repair went smoothly. Very happy with the work done.
That was my first time there and that place is huge. I didn't know where to go. But the people there were very helpful. Just too many places to go. After waiting in line for an oil change I then had to go to parts to see if they had a key fob. Then I had to wait in line again to have it programed. Usually I can set up an appointment and I can have everything done at once.
