“I’ve been putting off having my tile cleaned for years and I finally took the plunge based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I went with this company because everything about the experience was A+, from our service person John, to the results of the job he did. They did all the tile in my house and I really wish I’d taken a picture before so I could compare the before and after. My tile and grout look brand now on this 17 year old house. Definitely read the bad reviews and WHY people left bad reviews before letting their overall rating deter you. The reasons, to me, weren’t great considering most of them didn’t even have the company do a job for them.“

“Brian Terry vinyl did the lanai at our house in The Villages.
After we closed on the house we noticed that the builders landscapers had sliced one of the screens while trimming.
Terry vinyl came out very promptly and replaced it.
The technician was very respectful and professional.
A great employee.
I’m having a brain fart, I can’t remember his name. ?‍♂️
One of the screen panels blew out recently from heavy winds.
They were very prompt again and the same technician came out and replaced it no questions asked.
We are going to have them do some work on the lanai in the future and would not even consider calling anyone else to do the work.

“From the initial contact, we had hopes for a good experience and were not disappointed. From the tear down of the old screen room to the final inspection of the new screen room and attached lanai, the owner, project manager, installation crew and office staff were responsive to our (many!!) questions. We waited 2 months to put the additions thru their paces before writing a review. The quality of the product is very sturdy and an attractive looking enhancement to our home. The screens are as taut as the first day. The insulation on the screen roof alone keeps that room noticibibly cooler. Definitely recommend this company.“

“We contacted Lake Square Aluminum for a replacement screen door for our garage working with Jay. The quote came in two days and the new doors were installed this week. They look and work great and I have to compliment the installers on the work they did because the doors work and fit perfectly. They made sure that the doors were fitted exactly and the door sweeps were adjusted to allow easy opening, closing and sealing so that any critters or lawn clippings and leaves can't get in. We'll definitely call Lake Square again for whatever they can provide.“
