“Stable Foundations fixed the sill beam on the front of my 85 year old house. They were professional, responsive, answered all my questions and I am very happy with the job they did. I called three contractors and Randall with Stable Foundations immediately made me feel like he understood the situation, knew what needed to be done and I immediately felt that he was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Stable Foundations gave me the middle quote in terms of price. I thought the contractor with lowest quote really didn’t know the extent of the issue so the cost would likely go up during the job, they didn’t go under the house (it has a scuttle hole and it’s not fun under there) and the contractor with the high quote was really over-selling. Stable Foundations completed the job at the quoted price and in the timeframe they outlined for me. I would recommend them to anyone.“

“Jeremy and his sons put in a gate on my deck & on three of my sheds put in new ramps! They also replaced bad deck boards & put in beautiful new railings on two sets of stairs going into my home! Jeremy made the railings himself what a terrific job! They also replaced a set of doors on one of my sheds and replaced trim that had rotted around two shed windows!
